Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using applications and services provided by Steve as a Service ("we," "us," or "our"), including any associated websites and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide technology consulting and software applications for small businesses. Our applications may connect to third-party platforms (such as Pinterest, Google, and others) on your behalf to deliver requested functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve as a Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
